Our history in began in 1987 in the back streets of a little known mews in north India where we began by selling Guar Gum and Textiles. Shortly after, we realized that we could get into handicraft and wooden furniture sector aswell by seeing the demand in the market. That began the journey into our knowledge, passion and drive to make, engineer, and deliverfurniture,to the best of our abilities. With a deep interest in production and manufacturing processes, we quickly became a company known for quality and well-engineered and constructed furniture within the industry. Over the years we have been supplying various retailers worldwide either directly from our production base in India or through our wholesale buyers. We design, engineer, produce and delivery quality furniture to our retailers, but in all these years, we realized that unless we made some noise about what we do and how well we do it, we would not be able to let others know. We supply to some ofthe best of brands in Europe and have done so for over years. We represent the best of quality of solid wood furniture from India with a keen eye on detail. With 110000 sq ftcurrently (being expanded to 1,90,000 by start of next year), we are trying to ensure that we have sufficient expansion and production capability to produce over 10000 units of furniture per month. We take health & safety, social and technical compliance and audits very seriously. At no stage dowe let our guard down. We have great new equipment/machines with an ever expanding pool of brilliant workforce and resources to ensure we always strive to achieve heights.Our office houses a team dedicated to supply and customer care. Monitoring every step of the supply process for our customers. From EDI systems, order management, inventory and merchandising, supplier and client management, we offer a simple and organized service to manage the continuity of supply from the initial sketch of a design allthe way to end delivery and customer after care.Our teams comprise of design, technical, sampling, administrative, quality control, production planning to name a few with people heading these departments who drive the business in these areas. We depend on them to control and manage each functionality of our business operations. Production is divided and managed by heads at each stage ofthe process who monitor quality of incoming material as well their own work which is then quality controlled by the next person as well. Each of these heads are solely responsible with independent charge for their operations.We offer distribution in US, Europe based on client specific requirements. From direct container delivery, drip-feed stock order supply, we try to offer retailers a variety of supply options.From working with major retailers for a number of years , we understand the logistical and warehousing needs of our clients and of the end consumer. Our clients can therefore expect the very highestlevel of service, catered to their specific requirements.
